  1. It would be help to have a recurring schedule options of the reports within the schedule option now. Currently, an user is able to schedule reports for each day they want the report initiated. It would be extremely useful to have an option to run reports daily, weekly, monthly, etc..

Related to the existing idea advocating for 4.20 Coordinated Entry Events to be Service based Events instead of Inferred Events, (https://ideas.bitfocus.com/forums/930328-clarity-human-services/suggestions/43917810-provide-access-to-data-element-4-20-response-categ), there is an additional need related to how the 'Prioritization Status' associated with 4.19 Coordinated Entry Assessments is captured within Clarity.

    Currently, the only way to capture that a client has been 'Placed on prioritization list' (4.19_7.1) is if the Coordinated Entry Assessment associated with the client is placed on a Community Queue. For communities that choose to take advantage of the CQ functionality offered by Clarity, this works well, but for communities who choose not to…

  5. It would be helpful to have a report that can be found in the Client Reports section that returns full details on Assessments. It seems like that should already exist based on what reports are available for clients but somehow it doesn't. Something that allows you to select the Assessment(s) you want included and the date range (like the GNRL-210 Assessment Details Report) but for one specific client that can be easily printed.

  6. Currently, within an enrollment users can only assign staff members who have the agency where the enrollment lives as their "primary" agency (unless assigning themselves). So, if a user has access to multiple agencies, other users can only assign that user to an enrollment in that user's primary agency.

    The drop down picklist for assigned staff SHOULD include all staff with access to that agency, even if it is not their primary agency.

  7. Currently, Opening IDs with referral connections can only be viewed in Looker's CE Model for referral status's that are Pending or Pending - In Process. Retaining historical opening id information for all referral status types (completed, denied, etc.) would allow for trend analysis on the length of time between when a unit is posted and the date a client is referred to the unit.

  8. A customer inquired about the ability to copy a program when doing configuration. This would be a huge time saver when configuring all programs during an onboarding.

    A sys admin could set up one program, copy it for programs that share the same settings, and just need to update the program name.

  9. Users and Admin often have to run a report to catch data quality issues > fix the issue > then re-run the report, a very common workflow.

    In the queue, there is a trashcan button and an "open" button. It would be so helpful and sensible to have another button for "re-run" in order to just run that same report that is in the queue with the same parameters to make it much more efficient to check to see if the changes done corrected the data error in the report.

  10. With the updated FY2024 Data Dictionary, HUD now allows and prefers tracking of partial SSN, exactly the last 4 digits. However, currently in Clarity, to record these 4 digits you have to put 0's in the other fields which makes it look like a complete but bad SSN. Clarity should allow for the tracking of partial SSN without filling out the other fields.

  11. According to the Program Setup: Eligibility page it's noted "When establishing eligibility criteria based on Poverty Guidelines, household size is calculated based on the client's "global" household (the client-level household) and is NOT based on the number of members in a group enrollment." It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to allow household size to be determined based on the enrolled household members using the eligibility function and not at the global level. Is this an option BF is looking to add to Clarity HS in the future?

  12. Before saving a Start Date or End Date, validate the date is a valid calendar date. This could also check for dates recorded prior to 1/1/1915 as noted in HMIS Reporting Glossary. This could also check for dates in the future and give a warning message when the user saves that it is a date in the future to confirm accuracy. This could apply to both enrollments and services.

  13. Currently the Referrals access right allows both the Global REFERRALS tab and the REFERRALS tab in client records. There are multiple use cases where we need users to have access to one or the other but not both of these. We would like to be able to separately assign rights to the referrals tab in client records. Thanks!

  14. When you create a site of type "Standalone Unit", the system creates a default Building called "Standalone Site Building". If you have multiple sites of this type, you cannot tell them apart in the filter. Please update the naming convention to include the site name in some fashion. That puts the onus on us, the customer, to choose distinct Site Names, which I think is appropriate. I suggest "Standalone" + "Site Name", but I am open to other ideas.

  15. It would be beneficial to be able to customize eligibility criteria within the CQ to fully integrate a complex prioritization matrix as well as program-specific criteria. Dynamic chronic homeless status is critical to sort by within the CQ.

  16. Currently, the alert icon is not visible in the attendance module when the public alert is set to private. This is a request that this icon be visible to the agency that created the public alert in the attendance module for that agency.

  17. Currently, if the assigned staff for an enrollment is changed, the start date for an enrollment type care team member does not reflect the date of this change and instead shows the project start date regardless of whether or not the staff member was the client's assigned staff at that time. We would love to see the new assigned staff's care team member start date reflect the day the assigned staff changed rather than the project start date. This would help us track when a staff member (especially navigators) were assigned to a given client.

  18. Currently, the family_members live marker only counts households where there are 2 or more people. If there is a single person, the live marker counts zero. We would like the live marker to count 1 in that case. This is important because household size is used for CE assessment scoring and matching. Using the live marker would be the easiest way to maintain.

  19. Users should have the ability to create a custom notification, for example to alert them when an assessment is due or coming due. This could be similar to the notification for Annual Assessments, except able to be used with any assessment, even custom assessments

  20. Customers have expressed the desire to have data fields entered in status/annual/exit screens to cascade into new enrollments. We know that enrollments can cascade into other enrollments, and that there are data fields entered at enrollment that are not collected in the status/annual/exit screens. However, the data would be most useful and accurate if cascading considered most recent data fields from the enrollment AND status/annual/exit screen. The goal would be to have the most recent fields from the enrollment and status/annual/exit screens cascade to subsequent enrollments.
