  1. If you answer yes to the veteran status question, and you don't know what year the client entered military service and what year they separated, you have to enter a random year in order to save the veteran status as yes. This is a data quality concern. These should either be changed to not be required, be given a data not collected answer option, or allow for all 0's to be entered as a sign the year is unknown.

  2. When reviewing and reporting on data for projects that serve more than one CoC, currently primary site needs to be inferred when the CoC != the Selected CoC as there can only be one primary site in the Clarity UI. This impacts the LSA, HIC, and CSV Export.

  3. when adding a new user, please specify the error when the username is being used by another. i.e. it's being used by another agency or it's inactive and indicate which agency. Currently, the field username gets a red underline but we have no idea what's wrong with it.

  4. This is a request to highlight required textbox fields red when left blank. When other field types are required, a user cannot move on and Clarity highlights the missing field in red. However, when it is a textbox, there is no indication that the text box is the missing field.

  6. Add a dimension under Client Notes-Client Level to to better identify the last client-level notes entered and/or to assist in calculating the number of days from today to last client-level note. *Similar to the Client Notes Enrollment Level: Latest Note by Enrollment dimension.

  7. Hello! Similar to how the SSN has a warning pop up before you edit it as core data, could we please implement a feature where custom fields could either be prevented from editing later or require multiple clicks of confirmation before doing so, with some warning text available, to prevent misclicking away something important on the client profile or other screens?

It would be helpful if we had the ability to link notes that have been entered from the agency-level "Notes" tab to a program enrollment (ex: there would be a "Link from Notes" button within the enrollment's "Notes" tab similar to the "Link from History", "Link from Assessments", and "Link from Files" functions).

    For certain reports we pull in the last note entered into a client's program enrollment; if an end user accidentally enters notes into the agency-level Notes tab, those notes won't pull into the report. To fix the issue, they have to delete any notes they entered at…

  9. Create a DQ e-mail module that will send e-mails to users when DQ issues are found in records. This module will function similar to the "Annual Assessment" warning e-mails that get sent.

    This might be simpler to implement than an overall system enhancement.

    Some basic alerts can be date related, entry date prior to move-in date, exit date prior to entry date etc.

    Some basic options might be: send daily, send monthly, etc. HUD Only, Custom only, HUD + Custom. Who to alert, etc.

  10. Inventory allows the flexibility to connect units to multiple programs under the same building. Many communities have configured Inventory this way and want to see unit information by program, not building. However, there isn't a program's agency field available.

    Adding a program's agency filter to the Inventory module would allow users to view the information by program. Additionally, having a field in Looker available for program agency will also aid in creating custom reports.

  11. Communities want staff to be able to access units and update units' status from the Inventory module (dashboard) without having to change agency access. They feel that if staff have system-level to the module and edit unit status permissions, they should be able to update the status for the units they have access to.

    Communities may have buildings where the agency that provides services changes over time. In these scenarios, they may set up all buildings under one agency to streamline their setup. In that case, the user's home agency may differ from the agency where the building is setup.…

  12. This is from a previously archived idea.

    This is a Feature Request regarding the “Your recent client searches” box on the Search page. I’ve talked with users who would like to either have none/hide this and other users who would like to see more clients in the list. Having an option at either the agency- or user-level to change the number of clients that appear in that Recent Searches box would be a very nice addition!

  14. The ability to toggle additional/all household members in an Attendance Module's scanned services would be incredibly helpful for agencies that provide daily, weekly, or monthly services for entire households; especially when only one or two members of the household are present but the service must be applied to everyone.

  16. A client's enrollment date should not start before the program itself starts. The LSA treats these as errors, and we need to resolve them every year before submitting it. If Clarity stopped those errors from happening, it would save us a lot of time.

  17. This is a super small suggestion, specifically to change how the pager numbers are styled. As of right now the "li" item has styling code of

    .pager-container .pagination li {
    float: left;
    width: 15px;
    padding-right: 8px;
    }

    and then the actual link ("a href" has no padding or width. This makes it really hard to click the page number. My proposed fix would be this:

    .pager-container .pagination li {
    float: left;
    min-width: 23px;
    text-align: center;
    }

    and the "a" value would be something like:

    .pager-container .pagination li a {
    padding: 7px;
    }

    This way the clickable area of the link…

  19. When a case manager leaves an agency AAs are having a difficult time reassigning clients to another case manager. Some case managers will have a case load of over 100 clients. It would be great to have a tool for system administrators to remove the case manager and assign the clients to another case manager.

  20. We have a "centralized" CE agency and program that all users switch to in order to assess and refer to the CQ. However, there is nothing that prevents a user from referring to the CQ from their home agency after the fact (post assessment). This results in CE not being able to complete referrals and impacts the CE dashboard. It would be great if we could set permissions on what agencies can "send" clients to the CQ.
