  1. Because HUD changes the string names for Project Type and Exit Destination, it would help us to have a field in Looker that provides the number HUD uses to corresponds with the pick list for these elements. This would help stabilize our code so that it is more resilient to name changes.

  2. Users and Admin often have to run a report to catch data quality issues > fix the issue > then re-run the report, a very common workflow.

    In the queue, there is a trashcan button and an "open" button. It would be so helpful and sensible to have another button for "re-run" in order to just run that same report that is in the queue with the same parameters to make it much more efficient to check to see if the changes done corrected the data error in the report.

If a client requests a copy of all their data in Clarity, CMs have to print at least nine of the client level reports and the program details report (followed by editing/filtering each of the spreadsheets to only the one client's data). This is an extreme amount of work for Case Managers - or system admins. We would like to request a report or dashboard that compiles all data for individual clients that is easily accessible.

    The report would need to include:
    profile screen
    enrollment and exit screen
    services and custom assessments with details
    status and annual assessments with details…

  4. User Story:

    As a case worker in a CoC agency, I want to upload client documents and files so that they'll be visible to the care team wherever they're needed in Clarity.

    Priority: Level 2.5 (Impacts entire community; a system/process allows us to accomplish our goals but it is time-consuming and burdensome)

  5. Often Client Search results are several pages long. It would be helpful to be able to filter Client Search results by location (city, SPA), age or age range, DOB, gender, race, program enrollment status, SSN or last 4 of SSN, etc. It would also be helpful to be able to sort results by the "late updated" date.

  6. We have a lot of different folks on care teams in order to get people housed. Adding people to a care team in Clarity does not mean they will receive notifications about the client's referral and housing status. It would greatly improve coordination of care if people on the care team actually received all notifications regarding the client. That, and /or the option to add more than one Case Manager or Navigator (either by additional field, or changing that field type to a multi-select, or both) so that providers working with clients are kept informed.

  9. With the updated FY2024 Data Dictionary, HUD now allows and prefers tracking of partial SSN, exactly the last 4 digits. However, currently in Clarity, to record these 4 digits you have to put 0's in the other fields which makes it look like a complete but bad SSN. Clarity should allow for the tracking of partial SSN without filling out the other fields.

  10. Add a dimension under Client Notes-Client Level to to better identify the last client-level notes entered and/or to assist in calculating the number of days from today to last client-level note. *Similar to the Client Notes Enrollment Level: Latest Note by Enrollment dimension.

  13. Currently, it's only possible to turn checkbox and picklist field types into custom filters on the INVENTORY dashboard. With the introduction of the Multi-Select field type, many communities are interested in seeing this field type made available as a custom filter type for the INVENTORY dashboard. This would allow customers to have more dynamic control over how they identify appropriate units and beds for client referrals.

  14. When backdating a program enrollment for a household, the enrollment start date is set on the head of household, but then when each members enrollment page pulls up for household data entry, the date goes back to today's date. It would be helpful if the back dated date entered on the HOH would carry through to the household members connected to the enrollment.

  15. Hello! One thing that came up in a past support ticket was that, if I can't proactively know how many family members will occupy a unit, I was told to just have a larger bed size to prevent needing to change the unit configuration with each new family. This is fine, but does create the issue that the inventory page flags the unit as "available" even when people are currently in it.

    One idea would be to make three categories: available, occupied, and fully occupied. Another idea could be to make a middle category such as available, partially occupied, and…

  16. Hello! I ran into an issue where I needed to add a newborn family member to the housing inventory for compliance reasons, but I could not add a bed to the unit without changing the unit configuration, and could not change the unit configuration while someone was occupying the space. It would be great if we could add members of the same family all at once (and retroactively in this case), or just allow us to change unit configurations with fewer restrictions.

  17. Currently only Clarity users can be added as Care Team members. This limits the functionality of the case load feature for agency managers. It would be great to profile/ add a care team member that is not in clarity. An integration of contacts/ care team functionality!

  18. Currently, if an agency is inactivated, all ROIs uploaded by that agency become invalid and any clients relying on those active ROIs get an "ROI missing banner". Our ROIs are set up for the entire CoC, so the agency uploading them is not relevant to the ROI's validity.

    Please add an option so ROIs can remain valid, even if the uploading agency has been inactivated.

  19. Our agency is conducting more comprehensive data analytics projects. However, the 5000-row limit makes it extremely slow for our data team to pull data at finer levels of details, such as service notes over the past year. Is there any way we can increase or remove this limit?

  20. Our agencies like it when the clients ID or SS card is uploaded to HMIS. However, this sometimes can be a pain when they do not have a scanner or the means to get that into HMIS.
    Is there any way where if a user has a webcam, they can select the category and file type and take a picture of, for example, a clients drivers license/ID card or Social Security Card and upload that under files for the client?
